Why This Site Exists
Union City does not have one central people-records office. The Alameda County Clerk-Recorder holds deeds, liens, public marriage records, and county certificates. Alameda Superior Court maintains its own case systems, while the Assessor offers parcel search online but provides owner names through controlled offline channels. California agencies maintain voter, business, licensing, prison, and statewide vital-record systems. Local history and directory sources add another layer. We organize the official tools, office contacts, and access limits so each search can begin with the actual custodian.
Resources Available Here
- Record-specific pages: public records, voter registration, and local directories
- Official offices: Union City Clerk, Alameda County Clerk-Recorder, Assessor, Superior Court, Registrar of Voters, and California agencies
- Practical search routes: court party searches, parcel and ownership channels, recorded-document indexes, and historical directory collections
- Access boundaries: what California law opens, what remains protected, and when a focused records request is appropriate
Limits on Our Role
Union City People Search is a privately operated reference site. It is not connected with Union City, Alameda County, California, any court, or any government records custodian. Those limits matter:
- We do not retrieve, certify, amend, or file records for users
- We cannot verify that a named person currently lives in Union City
- We cannot delete data held by a government office or an outside database
- We do not provide legal advice or interpret how a record affects a particular matter
- We cannot promise that every portal, index, fee, or office detail is current at the moment of use
Only the responsible custodian can confirm, certify, or correct its record. Information found here may not be used for credit, employment, tenant, insurance, or other FCRA-regulated decisions.
